    How We’ll Work Together

     

    Step 1: Understanding You

    After I formally assess your medical history, nutrition, lifestyle, mindset, and goals, we get to work, first on addressing any medical issues related to food, and then on creating real, sustainable change.

    Because knowing what to do is very different from being able to do it. We’re not just sorting your physical health — we’re tapping into you as a whole person. This is where coaching begins, and where most people fall short without the right support.

    My Role

    I help you build healthy habits that align with your goals, values, and what you truly want from your body, food, and life.

    Through coaching, we’ll:

    • Uncover what’s been holding you back

    • Identify what you need to make change possible — improving your: Capability (emotional skills, nutrition knowledge), Opportunities (environment, resources, support systems), Motivation (mindset, values-centred goals, self-belief)

    • Map out your next logical steps

    • Work through ideas, challenges, and wins

    • Build the resilience you need for when things don’t “go to plan” — also known as the ups and downs of life.

    What This Might Look Like

    • Reworking how you plan meals

    • Experimenting with new eating patterns

    • Reframing old food rules

    • Challenging limiting beliefs

    • Finding ways to navigate social situations

    • Simply having a safe space to talk things through

    You don’t need to have it all figured out before we start — we figure it out as we go.

    Your Role

    Your role is to:

    • Show up

    • Be open

    • Experiment and try new things, be prepared to hit inevitable potholes

    • Explore your eating and behaviours with compassion and curiosity

    Over time, you’ll:

    • Learn to trust yourself and trust your body

    • Understand your deeper needs

    • Eventually, coach yourself — making confident decisions and seeking the right support through challenges long after we’ve finished working together.

    Liaison/Consultation

    This is available for allied health professionals wishing to work collaboratively in the care and support of a client/patient.

    Groups

    Tailored packages for small groups with a common health goal.

    Suitable for family, friends, couples, colleagues, community groups, & sports teams.

    Corporate Services

    Off the shelf or tailored products/services delivered in the form of:
