“I decided to work with Kendall as I was stuck in a restrict binge cycle and it was making me so unhappy. I didn’t want food to consume my every thought any longer. “I worked with Kendall for about 14 weeks, and it was one of the best things I’ve spent my money on. I was hesitant and probably a bit skeptical to begin with, my whole life I have tried lots of different ‘things’ in an attempt to lose weight (even when I didn’t need too – cheers society pressure!) and nothing has really stuck long term. I also felt a lot of overwhelm when trying to find the ‘right’ path forward with a million different ideas being thrown around on socials etc. Not only does Kendall have excellent knowledge on food and our bodies with a brilliant way of communicating that knowledge – I believe it is really her coaching that sets her apart. “I wanted to lower my blood pressure as I was becoming hypertensive and loose some weight before my son’s wedding. I knew I needed some guidance as I was jumping around between intermittent fasting and hardly eating anything- just not knowing what to do Kendall was great. It has given me a better understanding of the importance of nourishment and not restricting my eating to lose weight at the expense of my health. She is very approachable, knowledgeable and real. She made good suggestions for alternatives if things didn’t work (eg dairy), and didn’t just stick to a one size fits all approach. My BP seems to have reduced too.”
